Julian Hallett

Services Development Manager, Down’s Syndrome Association

Julian Hallett is Services Development Manager at the Down’s Syndrome Association and has worked within the charity sector for over 30 years. A psychologist by background, he leads on the Association’s training services, including the well-established Tell it Right training for midwives and maternity professionals. Julian has been a member of the Antenatal Screening Wales project group that oversees the implementation of their antenatal screening offer and also a similar network in England.
