PIF sets the standard for trusted health information, via the PIF TICK, trusted information creator scheme. To achieve the PIF TICK organisations must show they meet 10 key criteria for quality information. The criteria cover clinical evidence, user involvement and the creation of information easy to use and understand.
PIF offers best practice guidance on the creation of health information and provides training on writing health information and health and digital literacy. We produce themed reports, the most recent on information to support decisions on induction of labour.
