Wednesday 11 February 2026 | Royal National Hotel, 38-51 Bedford Way, London WC1H 0DG

The Down’s Syndrome Association (DSA) supports all people who have Down’s syndrome, their parents and carers and the professionals who work with them, throughout their lives. Down’s syndrome is the most commonly occurring chromosome condition. For every 1,000 babies born in England and Wales, one will have Down’s syndrome.

We offer a free Helpline for queries during pregnancy and beyond and provide free New Parent Packs and one year’s free membership for new parents. We offer direct support for expectant parents and parents of babies up to 18 months old through our Pregnancy and Baby online group, covering feeding, weaning, communication, and occupational therapy. Follow-on groups focus on early communication and development, and early reading strategies.

We also deliver Tell it Right® training for students and professionals working in fetal medicine, maternity, and neonatal care, including midwives, neonatal nurses, sonographers, and health visitors, ensuring accurate, balanced information and inclusive practice.
