Hi, I am an antenatal, birth and postnatal doula and Hypnobirthing Teacher, living in Leeds / Wakefield, West Yorkshire. I can support you and your partner during pregnancy, birth and beyond. Helping you to have a positive birth experience, that is free from fear. I can help you to feel calm, confident and in control during your labour and birth. I have a variety of different support packages to suit your needs, which can be tailored to you.
Hiring a doula or doing a Hypnobirthing course, will not guarantee that your birth will go to plan, but they increase the likelihood of having a positive birth experience. Doulas offer unconditional support. They are there for you physically and emotionally, holding your hand as you go on your new journey.
I can offer antenatal support during pregnancy, helping you to plan and prepare for the birth and 4th trimester. Provide you with information, so that you can make informed choices. I can be present during labour and birth and/ or I can support you during the postnatal period, allowing you to enjoy parenthood, listen to any of your concerns or anxieties, signpost you to relevant information and support you physically with self care and household chores.
