Are you interested or participating in support and care for fathers following perinatal loss? Dr Kerry Jones, Senior lecturer in end-of-life care at the Open University, invites participants to a forum theatre event as part of a research project that aims to explore ways of providing care.

The Open University is hosting a forum theatre event for health and allied professionals as well as bereavement practitioners to explore ways to support fathers following perinatal loss.
The forum theatre is specifically tailored to explore an experience in a clinical setting or related professional setting in the form of a play. The forum theatre is part of a study conducted by The Open University in which fathers’ experiences of support and care following baby loss were previously explored.
There is no charge to register for the event. Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the afternoon. The forum theatre will be facilitated by trained actors and the research team led by Dr Kerry Jones at the Open University. There are a limited number of travel bursaries for those who are on low income or are volunteers.
