Carol is a Servicer Delivery Manager for Parents in Mind; a perinatal mental health peer supporter service in Newham, East London. She has dedicated her career to supporting individuals in their physical and mental health and wellbeing, focusing on behaviour change and lifestyle improvements.
Carol studied an ‘Exercise, Physical Activity, and Health’ Degree at Salford University taking a particular interest in the psychology of health behaviours, motivational interviewing, and mental health. Previously, as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner for 3 years, Carol played a key role in developing a perinatal pathway within Talking Therapies. Excited about connecting with people, hearing their stories fostering meaningful change. Carol is glad to be at Parents in Mind. She is committed to improving parental wellbeing from conception through to early parenthood, recognising it as a cornerstone of a healthy and thriving community.
