The Association for Post-Natal Illness (APNI) is one of the UK’s leading charities dedicated to supporting individuals affected by postnatal depression and related illnesses. Founded in 1979, we offer compassionate, confidential support to mothers, partners, families, and friends who are navigating postnatal mental health challenges.
Our aims are to:
– Provide confidential emotional support for anyone affected by postnatal illness
– Increase public awareness and understanding of postnatal mental health
– Encourage and support research into the causes, nature, and treatment of postnatal illness
