Kathleen is the first Ireland based licenced Menopause in the Workplace trainer with Henpicked™ UK. She has completed Principles & Practice of Menopause Care (PPMC) with British Menopause Society and Diploma Women’s Health (Royal College of Physicians Ireland).
As well as being a successful solopreneur, she is an Honorary Senior lecturer and a Fellow and Honorary Associate at Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
Kathleen provides Menopause Awareness in the Workplace training for colleagues, line managers and supervisors to all workplace organisations and sectors. She also offers advice on reasonable accommodations, develops policies and guidelines, and provides guidance in achieving Menopause Friendly Accreditation™.
